These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, quickmarket24.com (the “Site”), and any physical services, vending machines, micro-markets, or automated retail kiosks owned, operated, and maintained by Quick Market24 (collectively, the “Services”).

Quick Market24 is a registered division of PopichCo Ventures Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation based in Alberta, Canada.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our Site, hosting our equipment at your location, or making a purchase at one of our physical retail terminals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PART A: FOR END CONSUMERS (PURCHASERS)

1. Purchases, Payments, and Billing

We offer convenient, unattended, self-checkout retail experiences. All transactions at our vending machines or micro-market kiosks are processed via secure, third-party payment processors (including, but not limited to, Stripe).

  • Pricing & Taxes: Prices for products are clearly displayed on our digital kiosks, vending machine displays, or micro-market shelving. All transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes.
  • Payment Security: By using a credit card, debit card, mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay), or authorized corporate account, you represent that you have the legal right to use that payment method.
  • Refunds and Dispense Errors: Our systems are highly monitored and automated. If a vending machine fails to dispense a product, or if you believe you were incorrectly charged at a micro-market kiosk, you must report the issue to contact@quickmarket24.com within thirty (30) days of the transaction for a refund or account credit review.

2. Product Safety and Responsibility

We take the utmost care to stock fresh, high-quality, and compliant products in our micro-markets and vending machines. However, consumers are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing allergen, nutritional, and ingredient lists on product packaging before consumption.
  • Verifying the integrity of packaging and temperature seals of fresh items in open coolers before checking out.

PART B: FOR HOST BUSINESSES & LOCATIONS (PARTNERS)

3. Fully Managed, Zero-Cost Placement Model

Quick Market24 provides a completely “zero-cost” service to host properties.

  • Ownership: Quick Market24 (PopichCo Ventures Inc.) retains 100% of the right, title, and interest in all vending machines, micro-market setups, self-checkout kiosks, security cameras, and products stocked on the premises. The host business has no ownership rights over the equipment.
  • Our Commitment: We agree to handle all installation, routine inventory restocking, proactive monitoring, and necessary hardware maintenance at no cost to the host business.
  • Utility Obligations: The host business agrees to provide, at its own expense, a continuous, stable power supply (and internet connectivity, where agreed upon) necessary for the safe, continuous operation of the vending machine or micro-market kiosk.

4. Equipment Care, Theft, and Vandalism

Our business depends on the security of our unattended retail spaces.

  • Reasonable Care: The host business agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect the equipment from theft, vandalism, or unauthorized tampering by employees, visitors, or third parties.
  • No Unauthorized Movement: The host business shall not move, relocate, adjust, or unplug the vending machines or micro-market equipment without prior written authorization from Quick Market24.
  • Theft in Micro-Markets: Our open-shelf micro-markets rely on an honor system supported by AI and security camera monitoring. Host businesses agree to reasonably assist Quick Market24 in resolving internal shrinkage, theft, or vandalism issues.

PART C: GENERAL TERMS

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, marketing material, software scripts running our kiosks, and website content on quickmarket24.com are the exclusive property of PopichCo Ventures Inc. and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, PopichCo Ventures Inc. (including Quick Market24) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruptions) arising from equipment malfunctions, power disruptions, or temporary product stockouts. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
